AEW has a lot of very passionate fans, but some of them took it a bit too far. This caused the Young Bucks to make their exit on Twitter.

Matt Jackson is still on Instagram. He posted a story on Sunday night applauding anyone who is able to take a break from social media, especially Twitter.

The Twitter community can be quite ruthless. Matt Jackson revealed that the final straw came when fans were tweeting images of their homes taken from Google maps.

I applaud anyone who decides to take a break from social media. Especially the toxic world of Twitter specifically. We logged of when threatening messages were sent to us regularly & finally the last straw came when Google map images of our homes were being tweeted at us. It’s been a nice break for our mental health. If someone decides to sign off, good for them!

It doesn’t sound like Matt Jackson misses Twitter at all. That is totally understandable considering the tweets he was receiving in his notifications. The Young Bucks obviously didn’t want to be threatened, and seeing an image of their homes took it to the next level.

Hopefully, nobody tried to follow through with those threats. Jackson didn’t reveal if the police ever got involved with this situation.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
