Becky Lynch’s hiatus from WWE left the company needing to figure out a new direction for their women’s division. Charlotte Flair taking break from the company left them with Sasha Banks and Bayley to rely on in a lot of ways. There is a reason why the Golden Role Models are covered in gold.

While speaking to TalkSport, Seth Rollins discussed the current situation in WWE’s women’s division. Since the mother of his child left, he said that Banks and Bayley are doing “their god damndest” to replace The Man. This also left the women’s division wide open.

Other people like Asuka have “stepped up” too, but it is certainly been an interesting time for WWE’s women’s division.

“I think it’s no secret that Bayley and Sasha [Banks] have done their god damndest to fill in with Becky being out and the women’s division just being wide open. Charlotte Flair being out now too. The women have been lagging behind Becky and Charlotte for some time and now it’s time for them to step up and do their thing. Asuka has stepped up too, as well, but I do think Bayley and Sasha have been great. They’ve filled that void as best as they possibly can and have been working like crazy as Tag Team champs and now RAW and SmackDown champs,” he said.

WWE also lost Kairi Sane who was incredibly valuable. Ember Moon recently spoke out where she was critical about the way WWE has booked things. Bayley responded to her in ultimate heel fashion.
