Tessa Blanchard was stripped of the Impact Wrestling World Title, and she was terminated from the company as well.

Impact Wrestling made the announcement tonight that they are ending their relationship with Tessa Blanchard. This comes after months of not being able to film new content with their champion.

Blanchard was been in Mexico and has not traveled to the United States since the COVID-19 pandemic started.

“IMPACT Wrestling has confirmed that it has terminated its relationship with Tessa Blanchard and stripped her of the IMPACT Wrestling World Championship.”

Tessa Blanchard was set to defend the Impact World Title against Michael Elgin, Eddie Edwards, Ace Austin, and Trey Miguel in a five-way match at Slammiversary on July 19th. That is not going to happen now with Blanchard no longer with the promotion.
