The Undertaker and AJ Styles’ feud had to call an audible at WrestleMania 36. The novel coronavirus caused the event to nix all live fans which called for a special Boneyard Match situation. That contest seems to have been The Undertaker’s final match.

AJ Styles wasn’t shy about poking The Undertaker even after losing at WrestleMania 36. Some fans thought that WWE was preparing for one more contest between the two.

The Undertaker seemingly confirmed his retirement during the final chapter of The Last Ride docuseries. WWE followed this up by making #ThankYouTaker go viral.

AJ Styles commented on possibly being The Undertaker’s final opponent. He dropped the heel persona for a moment as he stated that it is an honor to have such a place in WWE history in The Deadman’s last match.
