The United States and Canada’s border was closed down when the COVID-19 pandemic started sweeping the country. That situation hasn’t changed.

Robert Roode, The Singh Brothers, and others who live in Canada can not make it to work. Their hiatus will be even longer after the order to maintain a closed border between the U.S. and Canada was extended for another month.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter noted that Brock Lesnar was able to pull strings, but others are obviously held to this order.

We will have to see how things turn out in this situation. Canada isn’t the only closed border causing problems in the pro wrestling world. The border between Mexico and the U.S is also shut down, but that is causing more of an issue for AEW.
