Sami Zayn ‘Terrible To Deal With’ Backstage In WWE

Sami Zayn is the current WWE Intercontinental Champion, but he wasn’t on SmackDown this week. He wasn’t on SmackDown last week either, but he had oral surgery to blame.

Ringside News asked about Sami Zayn’s whereabouts this week. We were told that Zayn did not miss this week’s Friday Night SmackDown due to his recent oral surgery.

Furthermore, we were told that “Sami has been a complete pain to the SmackDown team.” It is unknown if Zayn has any heat with management right now, but “he stirs up other members of the locker room” and “he’s always trying to cause trouble.”

We’ll have to see when Sami Zayn appears on WWE Friday Night SmackDown again. It doesn’t sound like creative is having an easy time coming up with something for him to do.

Sami Zayn is currently not booked for a match at the Money In The Bank pay-per-view on May 10th. Cesaro and Shinsuke Nakamura, the other two members in the Artist Collective appeared on SmackDown this week, but they were not assisting Zayn.
