Johnny Gargano Reflects On Huge Win Over Tommaso Ciampa

It’s been a long time coming, but it finally seems as if Johnny Gargano has the retribution that he’s desired for so long against Tommaso Ciampa following their final showdown on NXT last night.

They could always carry on their feud elsewhere in the future, perhaps on RAW and SmackDown, but for now, Gargano is the one who has walked away as the victor.

Johnny Wrestling took to social media after the win to gloat alongside his wife Candice LeRae.

LeRae has always been positioned as someone who is one step away from greatness in NXT, and perhaps this new edge to her character is exactly what she needs to become a bonafide main eventer.

Either way, if the tease at the end of the match is to be believed, there’s a decent chance the couple could enter into a feud with Killer Kross and Scarlett Bordeaux.

If that happens, NXT fans certainly aren’t going to complain.
