WWE Uncertain Of NXT Superstar’s Main Roster Future

WWE pulled another NXT Superstar up for a WrestleMania moment this year. At this time we’re uncertain what is next for Austin Theory.

The former EVOLVE Champion has appeared on WWE NXT a few times. The general rule is that if NXT is using someone then the main roster can’t call them up. This is a unique set of circumstances.

Andrade’s rib was injured and he was unable to work WrestleMania. Austin Theory was placed alongside Angel Garza in the RAW Tag Team Title match. Zelina Vega made a comment about Theory no longer being a free agent, but All Day’s future on the main roster might not be that concrete as Fightful Select reports.

Austin Theory was received well among the few that were in attendance at the Performance Center we’re told, but a decision hasn’t been made as to whether or not he’ll be on the Raw roster full time. That was the same line of thinking applied to Angel Garza at first.

Angel Garza seems to have settled into a role on WWE RAW now. He might be “double dipping,” but the company obviously wasn’t done with him yet. This is a very interesting time in WWE history and it might result in a sudden call-up for the 22 year old Austin Theory if he plays his cards right.
