WWE filmed WrestleMania ahead of time, but not everyone could make it.

We previously reported that Roman Reigns did not make the trip. He didn’t want to run the risks of the Performance Center shows.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter further noted that names are being kept confidential, but some top Superstars have stayed home due to illness.

Names are being kept confidential because so few know, but it’s been confirmed that multiple people on the card either said they were sick, which meant instantly being pulled off all shows this week, there were others who did not feel sick but had fevers above 100.4, which was the WWE’s cut-off point of not allowing people to work, and others who, on their own, said they didn’t feel comfortable flying in.

WWE was screening everyone when they got to the Performance Center. Their temperature was checked and apparently, a few of them needed to be sent home.

Others simply did not feel comfortable and they decided to stay at home. It will be interesting to see what the WrestleMania 36 card looks like when it airs.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
