Asuka’s WWE Elimination Chamber Status Following Injury

Asuka was set to have a match against Shayna Baszler this week on RAW, but that didn’t happen. Fans will have to wait even longer to see that contest go down because the Empress Of Tomorrow was injured.

She suffered a wrist sprain, but it’s not said to be bad. It was enough to pull her from this week’s match against the Queen Of Spades.

Dave Meltzer noted on F4WOnline that Asuka is expected to be cleared to work the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view. She is in the women’s chamber match this Sunday.

Asuka vs Shayna Baszler had to wait. Those two could still collide in the Elimination Chamber match. Fans might not have to wait too long for them to get their hands on each other after all.
