WWE might be giving their NXT Superstars a break for the Holidays, but NXT will still air an original episode on the USA Network for the next two weeks.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter notes that they have already taped a couple of matches that will air on television. Some are slated to be recorded this week.
Bianca Belair faced Shotzi Blackheart during a taped match on Wednesday this week. That match is set to air on Christmas Day. This will mark Shotzi Blackheart’s NXT television debut.
Austin Theory is getting a NXT North American Title opportunity in his NXT television debut. He took on Roderick Strong before the NXT taping this week and they recorded that match for Christmas.
