Bray Wyatt didn’t appear on the live broadcast for WWE Friday Night SmackDown this week. The show closed with the lights going down and Wyatt laughing. The action continued after the cameras stopped rolling too.

Following Friday Night SmackDown, The Fiend showed up. He took out King Corbin, Daniel Bryan, and The Miz. All three of those victims will face each other in a triple threat match next week for #1 contender spot to face Wyatt.

It was not announced when the next WWE Universal Title defense will be. We can only imagine that the Royal Rumble would be a logical location for that match to take place.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
