Luke Harper is one man who some fans would love to see leave WWE. The company just isn’t using him and after his release request, WWE hasn’t budged.

WWE actually tacked on more time to Luke Harper’s contract after he was out of action with wrist injury. He suffered from a neck issue as well. Now it appears that Harper is preparing for his exit from the company.

According to recent filings, Luke Harper filed a trademark for “Brodie Lee” on November 26th. That was his name on the indies before he signed with WWE.

He has licensed this name to put on t-shirts and also for use in “entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer.” Let’s just see how he uses this name now that he owns it.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
