AEW will present a diamond ring to the winner of Adam “Hangman” Page vs MJF next week on Dynamite. That should be a good match on its own, but the diamond ring really steps it up a notch. The fact the ring is worth a ton of money plays a huge part in it too.

During a recent Twitter Q&A, Cody Rhodes was asked if the AEW diamond ring means anything. He revealed that it costs more than a Super Bowl ring so yeah, it means a lot.

It’s actually sitting across from me right now ha

It’s priced at genuinely 42k, so yea…it means a lot!

(Your average super bowl ring comes in at around 35-40k for reference)

It will be interesting to see how AEW uses the diamond ring in their television storylines. It could be defended eventually like a title for all we know. They might have to keep re-sizing it though which probably isn’t a great idea for a $42,000 ring.
