The in-ring debut of Tyson Fury at WWE Crown Jewel was met with mixed reviews, as some praised his work ethic whereas others felt like he wasn’t a natural in the ring whatsoever.

Regardless of how you feel about his in-ring prowess, there’s no denying the fact that it brought some extra eyes to the product. Now it’s up to WWE to sustain that momentum, and it appears as if the way in which they’re going to do that is by having Fury stick around for a while.

In addition to being set for an appearance on SmackDown this Friday night, The Gypsy King also appeared on Corey Graves’ After The Bell podcast with the following snippet being released early.

At this moment in time a match between Fury and Lesnar doesn’t exactly seem like a feasible possibility, and it definitely doesn’t make any sense for it to happen at WrestleMania, with many believing that Cain Velasquez will be coming back for revenge on the grandest stage of them all next year.

Regardless of what eventually happens, though, it’s interesting to see that Tyson has this sort of drive for the business. He made it clear that the training was a struggle for him, but after the paycheck he received for the Saudi Arabia show, perhaps he’s willing to negotiate.

Fury’s star power appears to be at an all time high, and you just know how much WWE likes to capitalize on things like that. Whether or not that’ll lead to another match, though, remains to be seen.
