WWE Crown Jewel went down as planned, but the Superstars’ travel back home to the United States did not. This is a very interesting situation and it could center around a disagreement that Vince McMahon had with the Prince of Saudi Arabia.

There is rumored to be a lot of money owed to WWE from Saudi Arabia. Vince McMahon is rumored to have cut off the Saudi Arabian feed of Crown Jewel because of this. Now WWE Superstars are not happy with Vince McMahon after their travel plans were used in this situation.

Bodyslam.net reports that some Superstars feel as though they were held against their will in a “power play.”

I was told after speaking to a source within the company who was on the trip to Saudi Arabia, that many of the members of the WWE Roster feel that they were detained and held in the country against their will as a “power play” by the Saudi Government.

Some WWE Superstars have also lost respect for Vince McMahon in this whole situation.

We’re likely to know more as time goes on, but this problem could have been fixed very quickly considering the resources available to WWE and Saudi Arabia if this was really just a mechanical issue with the plane as first stated.
