WWE Hell In A Cell included a few very interesting booking decisions. This did not keep fans from protesting after the show was over.

Dave Meltzer noted on Wrestling Observer Radio that Hell In A Cell gave Vince McMahon an opportunity to place the titles on people he wanted them to be on when entering the next WWE Draft on October 11th and 14th.
“I think the whole idea behind this is like I said. I think they wanna go into this draft with Seth Rollins, Brock Lesnar, Charlotte Flair, and Becky Lynch as the cornerstones. You know each they’re the big stars and of course, Roman [Reigns] is a big star too, but I don’t think they want Roman as champion right now for a bunch of different reasons.”
Vince McMahon obviously has a way that he wants WWE to be represented and at this point, it seems as though he is arranging his champions the way he wants them.
WWE is entering into a new phase very soon as another Draft will shake things up, therefore, McMahon has the people in place that he wants to lead those individual brands.
