Jushin Thunder Liger is a famous Japanese wrestler. He is known for many things including his mask. His identity and face have been largely hidden throughout his career, but he is now in a very dark place.

Liger is wrapping up his career in pro wrestling. This included a reemergence of his Kishin Liger character. Kishin Liger doesn’t wear a mask, but he has plenty of paint to hide his face.

Minoru Suzuki stole Liger’s mask which is his identity. The two wrestled last night in NJPW and then things got very interesting.

As you can see from the clip below, Jushin Thunder Liger took off his mask to reveal Kishin Liger once again. Then he tried to stab Suzuki with a knife. It’s a good thing that he was able to get out of the way, but the table behind Minoru Suzuki took quite a lot of punishment as the knife went clean through it.

This is actually only the fourth appearance of the Kishin Liger character. We’ll just have to wait and see if it’s his last.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
