All Elite Wrestling will debut on TNT on October 2nd. This is a date that pro wrestling journalists have been looking forward to for a long time. WWE might like to change those plans.

Dave Meltzer noted on Wrestling Observer Radio that he and several members of the pro wrestling media were invited by WWE to tour the Performance Center. This invitation is very much appreciated, but it is happening on a day when everyone in that business is very busy, October 2nd.

“I’d love to go, but I just can’t see myself going on October 2nd,” Meltzer remarked.

It will be interesting to see what else WWE might try to gain more attention their direction in the coming weeks. This is a pretty tempting offer, but being present for AEW’s debut episode really does beat out getting a tour of the WWE Performance Center.
