Why Vince McMahon Is Missing WWE Television This Week

WWE is going to have a lot of things going on in the next few months and Vince McMahon is going to be even busier than before. This is why he has to miss WWE television shows this week.

Dave Meltzer noted on Wrestling Observer Radio that Vince McMahon wasn’t around for RAW last night and he won’t be at SmackDown Live tonight either. Because the XFL has a big announcement this week on Wednesday and he was needed to help get all of that together.

“So Vince wasn’t at the show tonight. He’s not going to be at the show tomorrow night because he’s getting ready for the XFL announcement on Wednesday. They’re gonna announce all the coaches and all the teams and things like that so he’s busy with that.”

We’ll have to see how many week the XFL will keep Vince McMahon from his regular duties on WWE’s television shows. They seemed to be able to pull it off without him as Triple H, Paul Heyman, and Kevin Dunn ran the operation in Mr. McMahon’s absence.
