WWE has gotten in the trend of canceling live events recently and it looks like they aren’t stopping that any time soon. It’s getting to the point where we’re not sure if any live even is really happening anymore.

The company has removed a few live events from their touring schedule in the past few days. This was quietly done and we might think it is a glitch if it weren’t for the fact that they’ve canceled so many events recently.

Now the events for Bossier City on August 23rd, Mobile, Alabama on August 25th, and Portland, Maine on August 31st are no longer listed on WWE’s touring schedule.

Update: PW Insider reports that WWE has also pulled events on August 30th in Bangor, Maine and August 24th in Lafayette, Louisiana.

This is very interesting indeed. It is also notable that the Portland Maine show was on the same night as AEW’s All Out. Therefore, any speculation that WWE might announce a WWE Network special out of the blue by turning that live event into a special is not happening now.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
