Bray Wyatt made his big return to the ring at Summerslam and he did not let anyone down. If anything, he over-excelled in many ways, especially when it comes to his entrance.

You can check out Wyatt’s entrance here. He came down with a lantern just like before, only this time you probably won’t expect WWE to be selling a toy version of this lantern to children because it was a decapitated head with a lantern shoved in its mouth… in fact, it was Wyatt’s own face with his eyes sown shut to add an extra cherry on top of the creepy sundae.

Brad Shepard reports that Bray Wyatt’s creepy lantern shaped like his own decapitated and mutilated head was inspired by Alice In Chain’ “Man In The Box.”

According to a source in #WWE, Bray Wyatt’s new severed head lantern prop was inspired by Alice In Chains – Man In The Box.

In case you need a refresher, the lyrics to the Alice In Chains song in question go as follows: “Feed my eyes, can you sew them shut? Jesus Christ, deny your maker. He who tries, will be wasted. Feed my eyes now you’ve sewn them shut.”

You really never know where people will draw inspiration from. Because sometimes all it takes is one line from an awesome song to do the trick.
