WWE Raw tonight will be a packed show and fans could be in for a first-ever segment. Because Maria Kanellis is the first-ever pregnant and that is a very good spot to be in for her, but it could make her doctor visits very interesting.

WWE is promoting that Maria Kanellis’ OBGYN appointment took place earlier today in Pittsburgh. It’s nice that she can find a doctor in whatever city WWE travels to.

We might be in for a surprise because WWE is hyping her appointment as something that fans won’t want to miss.
