WWE has a lot of very talented Superstars from around the world. Canada has supplied WWE with plenty of top Superstars as well. Now there is a very interesting idea to capture even more Canadian talent.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that WWE is holding a tryout in Mississauaga, Ontario. It is said that there is thought of branching off to form their own NXT brand in America’s neighbor to the north. They also have someone to help out up there as well with the former Santino Marella.

There is at least talk of establishing a new NXT Canada brand and Anthony Carelli’s name (Santino Marella) has been mentioned along with it.

This is a very interesting idea, but it also fits with WWE’s trend of wanting to secure as many places as possible. Canadians love pro wrestling and that’s no secret. Therefore, it seems like they could have a lot to offer if WWE does break ground on NXT Canada.
