Lars Sullivan is a very destructive human and although he might have went a little easy on the Lucha House Party at the WWE Super ShowDown event, he made it up on RAW by destroying everyone. However, Sullivan did not walk out of that match completely unharmed.

Dave Meltzer noted on Wrestling Observer Radio how Sullivan had a match scheduled this week on SmackDown Live, but it was pulled due to The Freak suffering from a minor injury.

“Lars Sullivan was supposed to wrestle Matt Hardy, maybe they’ll do that next week because that was pulled because Lars Sullivan had a minor injury.”

He didn’t specify what the minor injury was, but apparently, it’s not too serious. It might have been bad enough that WWE felt the need to cancel the match, but at least they’re playing it safe with Sullivan and people working hurt in general.
