Ronda Rousey brought a ton of attention to WWE when she came in from the MMA world. She was in the middle of filming a movie at the time and some clever tactics needed to be taken in order to fool fans. This year-long run for Rousey as a full-time WWE Superstar saw her cap it off at WrestleMania 35, but Becky Lynch would like to do it without The Baddest Woman On The Planet next time.

We previously reported that WWE already has WrestleMania 36 plans in store for Rousey. They apparently have nothing to do with Charlotte Flair either. We will just have to see if it involved the main event, but that’s her goal.

While speaking to Sports Illustrated, Lynch said she wants to close out the show of shows, but she doesn’t need Rousey again to do it.

“I want to headline WrestleMania without Ronda Rousey. That drives me. I’ve main-evented WrestleMania, now I know what it feels like. For me, anything less than a WrestleMania main event is going to feel like a failure. So I’ve been thinking a lot about who my next opponent will be at WrestleMania 36.”

We will have to wait and see what WWE has in store for Becky Lynch. WrestleMania 36 is still a ways off and WWE is an extremely unpredictable place to work. Plans can always change, but Lynch has her eyes set on the biggest spot on the card once again.
