WWE is throwing another Saudi Arabia event even though they aren’t allowed to mention the country during their television broadcast. Brock Lesnar still doesn’t have a match, but he apparently had one before WWE changed their plans around.

Brad Shepard said on Oh, You Didn’t Know that WWE changed up their creative direction for WWE Super ShowDown without informing everyone in the company about their creative change.

“So as we know now the match is set to be Seth Rollins vs Baron Corbin at Super ShowDown in Jeddah, but I can confirm that internally sources in WWE were told the match would be Brock Lesnar vs Seth Rollins.”

“I’m not sure what happened when it comes to Baron getting the title shot, but Brock Lesnar is on the promotional stuff along with Goldberg, Taker, etc. He’s obviously going to be in the mix and be part of the show. How that could happen besides cashing in I’m not sure.”

“So yeah, I just found that interesting so there was a change in creative plans from Brock vs Seth to Baron vs Seth. That will be interesting to watch how that transpires at Super ShowDown.”

WWE Super ShowDown is going to take place on June 7th at 2:00 PM in the afternoon. Needless to say, that is a very inconvenient time for fans in the United States to watch the show live, but that is why the show is for the Saudis.

Even if you don’t plan to watch the big WWE Super ShowDown event in Jeddah, you can check back with Ringside News as we will have complete updates during the event.
