AEW’s first event Double Or Nothing has a lot of people talking, but fans are very interested in knowing who might join them next. Cody Rhodes, The Young Bucks, and Kenny Omega played out a number of stories leading to the event on Being The Elite, but that YouTube series has lost several cast members along the way.

During a Starrcast Q&A, The Elite were asked about possibly bringing in someone to replace Marty Scrull on the show. It was suggested that they even possibly use a similar name. However, they don’t want to fill that spot just yet.

“I think we keep that spot open for an eventual possible return,” Nick Jackson said.

Marty Scurll is still under ROH contract, but once that runs out he has a very important decision to make. While he might have interest from WWE it sounds like The Elite is keeping a spot open for his return.
