Vince McMahon has a lot of incredible stories about his life and we might even see a movie about him someday. However, his work has never earned an Emmy Award. Jen Pepperman did just win an Emmy and is writing for WWE, but she didn’t win it for her work with Vince.

We previously reported Pepperman got little bit of heat on her for bringing her Emmy Award with her to the RAW tapings this week. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that it was thought as a very naive move to do in a room full of wrestling people who have never been considered for such an award.

Michael Hayes told her to put the Emmy award away and apparently, Pepperman bringing her Emmy along for the trip to Cincinnati was a hot conversation backstage. However, Vince McMahon didn’t seem to care much about what she did because he had more important matters to deal with.

Vince just laughed it off because he was so busy making so many changes but otherwise it was the talk backstage.

Pepperman won a Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Director of a Digital Drama Series, for her work on “After Forever.” This is actually her second Daytime Emmy award which is two more than WWE has ever won. Therefore, you can understand why it might ruffle some feathers.

It is a good thing that Vince McMahon was preoccupied because things could have turned out poorly if he would have had the time to focus on this backstage faux pas.
