WWE Writer Gets Big Heat On Them Before RAW

WWE has a lot of talented writers, but one recently won a Daytime Emmy Award. As we previously reported, Jen Pepperman brought home a Daytime Emmy award for her work on After Forever, but that might have caused some trouble with WWE.

It turns out that Pepperman was so fond of her new award that she brought it with her to work. Fightful Select reports that didn’t turn out too well for her, but she was “oblivious” to the heat since she was “on cloud nine.”

It is reported that Pepperman showed up to RAW’s production meeting and she brought her award with her. Then she placed it down on the table right in front of her. Since WWE has never won an Emmy — but they want to so badly — this caused some immediate heat backstage.

Some people “zinged” her about bringing her Emmy along, but she figured it was a joke. It was reported that this heat was thought to have been caused by her “blind arrogance.”

People congratulated her backstage about her Emmy win and she’s apparently well-liked backstage. However, bringing her award to work might not have been the best way to gain any favor with WWE.

It is also said that Pepperman flew commercial to the RAW tapings and her award was with her on the plane.
