Goldust’s legendary run in WWE might be over for good. He requested his WWE release and it was granted. He made his reasons quite clear, but this is not the end of the line for Dustin Rhodes.

Goldy helped plenty of Superstars over the years and made a huge impression on the WWE locker room in the process. Fans will always remember Goldust for his in-ring contributions, but plenty of Superstars will always remember him as one of their favorite co-workers.

People like Natalya, Kurt Angle, Mick Foley and more have commented on Goldust’s WWE exit. It is very likely that plenty more will be sending out their favorite Goldust memories as well. Because he was able to influence so many during his years under the Goldust paint.

This might be the end of the line for Goldust, but not Dustin Rhodes. He currently has a huge match lined up at Double Or Nothing against his brother Cody Rhodes on May 25th. Hopefully, his run with AEW will be as good if not greater than all of those years in WWE.
