WrestleMania is such a big show that they can have multiple main events. This was true last year as the company played around with the verbiage. Still, some fans only consider the final match on the card as the true main event.

Dave Meltzer discussed this during Wrestling Observer Radio where he said that WWE likely won’t arrange the final WrestleMania card until very close to the actual event. Therefore, nothing is set in stone yet.

“Becky Lynch in her promo mentioned ‘main event’ and so all of a sudden you think they’re really gonna get the main event, but then when they were building up the Seth Rollins/Brock Lesnar match they also used the term ‘main event.'”

“So they’re gonna call both of them main events. It doesn’t mean, I mean I’m presuming that the women’s match will be last, but it’s Vince. I also presume that a decision won’t be made until the week of the show because that’s usually when they make those decisions. Becky said ‘main event,’ but it’s not a lock that they’re going on last just yet.”

You never know if WWE will close out the show with Becky Lynch as RAW Women’s Champion. Even if she does win her big match, it doesn’t mean that the event will conclude with Lynch celebrating in victory because the company could always make another decision on which match should end the broadcast.
