WWE is holding a big Halftime special during the NFL Super Bowl for people who don’t want to watch Maroon 5. So everyone could theoretically be tuning into the WWE Network to see Ricochet, Velveteen Dream, and Aleister Black take on Tommaso Ciampa, Johnny Gargano, and Adam Cole.

However, in a very strange move by WWE, fans won’t be allowed into the building.

WWE is filming this special at the WWE Performance Center and they are doing it live because they don’t want spoilers. Apparently, they’re not going to let fans come. This might mean only fans WWE invites will be allowed in, but it could mean more.

The last WWE Halftime Heat saw Mankind defeat The Rock in an empty arena match. It was a classic that included a lot of great comedy, but it was also pre-taped. We will just have to wait and see what Halftime Heat looks like this time around.
