Braun Strowman has been out of action since he needed to have some elbow bone spurs cleaned out. He’s back, but he’s not wrestling. Now it looks like he took a big step toward an in-ring return today.
On the day after Christmas, Braun gave himself a pretty great present other than the one he already bought for himself. Strowman decided to work out his shoulders for the first time in eight weeks.

“And so it begins!!!! 8 weeks with out training has been killing me. First day back training shoulders. 25lbs at a time. Slow and steady and getting ready to pass these out  #MeatCastle #TheMonsterAmongMen #BraunStrowman #WWE #GetTheseHands #DaddyGotBack#FlexinOnBiatchsAsHardAsICan#IronPhysique #HomeGym#WereMonstersAreMade”

This is great news and could mean that it’s only a matter of time before Strowman is able to make a return. This might not be the best news for other WWE Superstars, but he’s doing pretty well at this point and will definitely be ready for his Universal Title match against Brock Lesnar at the January 27th Royal Rumble event if he keeps going at this rate.
