Impact Wrestling is still hanging in there in a manner of speaking. They started as a weekly pay-per-view back in 2001 and soon got a very sweet television deal. For one reason or another involving Vince Russo,  Impact has been trying to find a good fit for them ever since leaving Spike TV which is now the Paramount Network.
The company’s new home is the Pursuit Channel which isn’t available on any streaming service although they do have a Roku app. They focus on the outdoors which could make pro wrestling an interesting fit.
Brad Shepard noted on Twitter that: “The Pursuit Channel is available in approximately 40 million U.S. households. Pop TV (US) is available in approximately 73.8 million households.”
This isn’t a good sign for Impact Wrestling. They have a roster full of incredibly talented people if they could only figure out a better way for us to see it.
