It seems like Bobby Roode and Chad Gable just got paired up in a team, but we’re already starting to see the telltale signs that a breakup could be on the way. It looks like Roode could get jealous of Gable and once those two are in a feud they will be forced to battle.
Dave Meltzer noted on Wrestling Observer Radio that while they do make a good team, it appears they will be split up inevitably and they will have a rivalry, that is if Vince McMahon allows it to happen.

“It does, and even at the house shows they’re playing it up it does look like the real program is Gable against Roode which if done correctly, I think could be a real good program. But we’ll see again, we’ll basically see Vince’s patience on this angle because this is the kind of thing Vince forgets about very often.”

Hopefully, Chad Gable and Bobby Roode will get a shot to show fans what they can do and progress their storyline to a good place with an actual resolution. It certainly appears like they’re building toward something. Only time will tell if Vince McMahon will give them the time to let something really develop.
