All In’s main event say The Young Bucks and Kota Ibushi defeat Rey Mysterio, Fenix, and Bandido in a pretty good match but it was also pretty short. There was a reason for that because they’re not WWE with their own network so they had to play by the rules they were given instead of the of ones they made.
Dave Meltzer discussed the All In main event during Wrestling Observer Radio and explained the kind of situation they were in.

“It’s too bad because if they would have gone until 10:30 the main event probably would have been a 5-star match.”

It was noted that the main event got cut from 28 minutes to 12. Apparently, the rest of the show went over a little bit and it affected the main event in a pretty big way by taking away half of their time.

Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
