UFC Lightweight contender Kevin Lee was on Ariel Helwani’s MMA Show and, amongst other things, dished out a little bit of smack talk about Conor McGregor’s BJJ coach and Bellator Welterweight Dillon Danis.

Lee revealed that he had rolled with Danis in the past and that it didn’t end well for the Marcelo Garcia Black Belt, even going as far as saying that he’d obtained a reverse triangle position against him.

Danis, who is notorious for his outlandish claims and Conor McGregor-esque smack talk, took umbrage with the comments and soon shot back on Twitter, challenging Lee to a live grappling match on Instagram with both fighters putting up 100 k and winner (by submission only) takes all.

Never one to back down either, Kevin Lee accepted in a heartbeat.

Hopefully neither fighter is held back by contractual obligations to their promotion, and this grappling match can actually take place.
