James Ellsworth Is Still Waiting For WWE To Call

James Ellsworth was fired from SmackDown Live a few weeks ago, but that didn’t stop Carmella from keeping her SmackDown Women’s Title. It seemed that Ellsworth was called to get Carmella out of her feud with Asuka, but he’s always willing to come back.

Ellsworth is still trying to keep up the #RehireEllsworth hashtag and he recently uploaded a picture of himself waiting next to an old-timey phone saying he was waiting for a call from WWE. Only time will tell if this tactic works out, but you never know when he might show up again.

His return to WWE was spoiled by a lot of the “dirt sheets” so it didn’t have the impact it could, then again you never know if WWE really wanted to keep Ellsworth along for long. After all, they didn’t sign him to another contract this time around.
