After four days of wild shenanigans, including the jury listening to a full wrestling podcast as evidence, and discovering the true meaning behind what CM stands for, this case may very well be concluded. Dr. Amann, who was suing both Colt Cabana and CM Punk for punitive damages, admitted on the stand that he fragmented HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) laws during his time with WWE. This report comes from the always reliable PW Stream on Twitter.

With this new information revealed, there’s little chance Amann wins this case. A deal can still be made, but this admission may have cost him.

We’ll keep you up to date.
