Dr. Amann, who was suing both Colt Cabana and CM Punk for punitive damages, admitted on the stand that he fragmented HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) laws during his time with WWE. Dr Amann, WWE’s doctor who is attempting to sue CM Punk, admitted under oath that he broke HIPAA laws. From all accounts, this is an open-and-shut case.

With this new information revealed, there’s little chance Amann wins this case. A deal can still be made, but this admission may have cost him.
