Dave Meltzer reported in the latest issue of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter that there were plans in place a few months back for Hulk Hogan to join The Bullet Club.

The deal with Hogan fell through because Hogan wasn’t too much money. There is also the feeling that Hogan would bail on them the minute Vince McMahon called asking him to come back to WWE and he was only negotiating in the first place to get Vince’s attention. Hogan negotiated with TNA & Jimmy Hart in the past and ended up bailing on them because WWE would rather bring him in than have him work elsewhere.

The belief is Hogan will be brought back to WWE if the company feels that they will not receive any backlash from sponsors.
