The Rock’s Reported Possible WrestleMania 35 Opponent Revealed

WrestleMania will be here before we know it and it looks like we’re in for another big show even though we don’t know anything that will be on the card yet at this point. After all, Roman Reigns’ hiatus changed up all of WWE’s plans.
One projected outcome of WrestleMania was reported to be a match between The Rock and Roman Reigns. That is of course if they can get The Rock to agree to do a match. After all, there is always a ton of money riding on the fact that he remains healthy and available to show up to a movie set.
Joe Peisich said on Barnburner’s No Holds Barred podcast that he has heard WWE is considering a huge opponent for The Great One at WrestleMania if they can make it happen which could be very interesting.

“You may ask who would The Rock take on? Well, several sources have said that The Rock — if he does have a match could end up being — and this is huge if this does happen… Bobby Lashley.”

Only time will tell if The Rock will even agree to work a WrestleMania match at this stage in his career, especially against Bobby Lashley. But if it did go down this could help create something huge out of Lashley and his character on a mainstream level that WWE might need right now.
