Possible Timeline for War Machine’s WWE Debut

We reported over the weekend that ROH’s War Machine could be headed to WWE after they seemingly did a farewell segment at the last set of television tapings in Philadelphia for Ring of Honor.

Dave Meltzer discussed their status on Monday’s installment of Wrestling Observer Radio and mentioned that they are in the process of signing with WWE. The belief is after they pass medical they will be headed to the NXT brand hopefully sometime in January after they finish up with their New Japan and Wrestle Kingdom dates, so probably at the next set of tapings after NXT Takeover.

It’s unknown at this time if they will continue to use the name “War Machine” while working in WWE but they are still expected to remain as a tag team.
