The Young Bucks may be dealing with more than just a loss following their chaotic Anarchy in the Arena battle at AEW Double or Nothing on May 25.

According to Wrestling Observer Radio, Matthew and Nicholas Jackson are reportedly banged up after enduring the punishing 12-person match in Glendale, Arizona.

The match, known for its all-out violence and unpredictable mayhem, saw The Young Bucks team up with Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, Wheeler Yuta, and Marina Shafir. They were defeated by a stacked lineup of Swerve Strickland, Kenny Omega, Samoa Joe, Powerhouse Hobbs, Katsuyori Shibata, and Willow Nightingale in one of the night’s most chaotic main events.

Post-show reports indicated that both Jackson brothers are dealing with physical issues following the brutal contest. While no specific injuries were disclosed, Dave Meltzer noted that the two may be off television or out of the ring for a few weeks to recover, though nothing has been confirmed by AEW.

The Young Bucks have been known for pushing themselves physically in high-stakes matches, and Anarchy in the Arena was no exception. With their roles as EVPs and ongoing storylines in The Elite, it remains to be seen how—or if—AEW will write them off television to recuperate.

Do you think The Young Bucks should take time off to recover, or should AEW keep them involved in storylines while healing up? Please share your thoughts and feedback in the comment section below.
