X-Pac begins today’s show by noting that CM Punk apparently made his return to the wrestling ring this past weekend wearing a mask at an indie show. This might signal Punk’s return to the wrestling business, because even though he’s been adamant that he’s done with wrestling, history shows that eventually most performers return to the ring.

He also doesn’t think Punk was/is lying when he says he’s done with the business. Things change and just because you feel one way at a certain period of time doesn’t mean you’ll feel that way a few years down the road.

Punk reserves the right to change his mind here, and X-Pac thinks it’s only a matter of time before he returns to the business, even if it’s not until he’s 50 years old. X-Pac notes that Punk certainly could show up in AEW, which would be a huge boost for that company.

Bray Wyatt returned to WWE programming this week with a new, interesting gimmick. X-Pac thought this return was done very well and he’s excited to see where WWE takes it from here. He notes that the debut of the original Bray Wyatt character was terrific as well, and that speaks to the talent of Wyatt himself. He notes that Wyatt appears to be in great shape too.
