X-Pac welcomes Kenny Omega to the show.
X-Pac says he was really impressed with how Omega and Okada laid out their most recent match. Omega points out that it was a best 2 out of 3 falls match, and they needed to tell the right story. The story also needed to embrace what they’d done in their first three matches while leaving room to do something else if a fifth match ever happens.
Omega informs that he doesn’t feel any pressure following Okada’s historic IWGP Championship run. He says he would feel pressure if he was asked to have a conventional wrestler’s Championship run, but he’s an unconventional performer, and he hopes to have a unique Title run.
Omega was recently involved in the Street Fighter video game’s World Championship, alongside WWE’s The New Day. He was quite surprised to see the amount of support that they had from WWE that day, and he thought that was very cool.
