Naomi’s name has been popping up a lot since Jaida Parker officially joined 946 on the September 28 edition of WWE RAW, with plenty of fans wondering if WWE was setting up the former Women’s World Champion to return and back up The Bloodline.
According to WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select, though, that doesn’t appear to be the case. The report notes that while Parker’s heel turn led to speculation about Naomi getting involved in the storyline, there hasn’t been any recent indication that WWE is discussing her return as part of the ongoing feud between 946 and The Bloodline.
That said, the expectation backstage around SummerSlam was still that Naomi would be back on WWE television before the end of 2026. Whether that timetable has changed since then is not really clear.
Naomi has been away from WWE since announcing her pregnancy in 2025 and relinquishing the Women’s World Championship. Earlier this year, she and Jimmy Uso welcomed their first child, and she’s remained off television ever since.
So while fans may have connected the dots after Jaida Parker’s alliance with 946, this latest update suggests that, at least internally, Naomi’s return isn’t currently tied to that storyline. WWE still expects her back before the end of the year—it just doesn’t sound like her comeback plans have been locked into a specific angle yet.
Whenever Naomi does return, she’ll immediately become one of the biggest additions to WWE’s women’s division. The only question now is when WWE decides it’s the right time to bring her back.
Do you think Naomi should return as part of The Bloodline’s feud with 946, or would you rather see WWE bring her back in a completely different storyline? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
