Dave Meltzer indicated on the latest installment of Wrestling Observer Radio that Enzo Amore may be stripped of the WWE Cruiserweight Championship title.
Meltzer speculated that WWE will probably announce the next steps in the Cruiserweight championship, perhaps by announcing a tournament as early as tonight’s 205 Live or at the Royal Rumble. WWE didn’t address the situation on Monday’s RAW because the focus was around the anniversary of the show.
Enzo won’t be back on WWE television until the legal proceedings involving his rape allegation plays out.
