- A Lil Yachty music video will play during his segment with Trick Williams, followed by a reaction from Baron Corbin.
- Shinsuke Nakamura and Kyoki will compete under the tag team name “Bakusai.”

- Johnny Gargano will come out of his comatose state after CM Punk offers him a WWE Championship match during Punk’s backstage segment with Nick Aldis.
- Charlotte Flair and Tatum Paxley will defeat Fatal Influence in a non-title match.
- Chelsea Green will be medically cleared during her in-ring segment.
- Nia Jax will defeat Tiffany Stratton.
- Bakusai will defeat Kit Wilson and The Miz, with The MFT coming out after the match.
- Giulia vs. Blake Monroe will once again fail to start, this time because Giulia attacks Monroe before the match.
- CM Punk will defeat Johnny Gargano before challenging Sami Zayn to a future title match in Mexico City. Finn Bálor, Kevin Owens and Gunther will also get involved at ringside.
