WWE SmackDown Results (3/13/26): Live Match Updates and Highlights

The show opens up with Joe Tessitore welcoming us to SmackDown while we get shots of the host city. We then get a video package looking back at last week’s episode and Cody Rhodes beating Drew McIntyre to win the Undisputed WWE Championship.

We then see several stars arrive at the arena before Drew McIntyre is seen in the crowd and he tells Nick Aldis he can take that contract and shove it up his a**. Drew then says his title was stolen from him. Drew then says you couldn’t help yourself Nick to make sure that your golden boy got a title match before WrestleMania. Drew then says you are going to make this right. Nick Aldis then makes his way out and says there is nothing to make right. Nick then says part of being champion is defending your title. Nick then says it was a one on one contest. Nick then says you head butted a referee and it still didn’t’ go your way. Nick then says you are trying to blame someone else, but you need to look at the consequences of your actions.

Drew then says we had a deal and he lost those two matches. Drew then says you had to make sure the corporate champion won the title. Drew then calls Nick a corporate stooge. Nick then says Cody got screwed in his title shots. Nick then says you did everything you could to prevent Cody from having a fair shot because the first time he got one, he defeated you. Drew then gets in the ring with Nick and he gets in his face. Drew then says they know that this is bulls***. Drew then tells Nick to make it right or else. Jacob Fatu then makes his way down to the ring.

They then stare at each other in the ring. Nick then wonders what is going to happen and how he will deal with the aftermath. Fatu then asks what is there to fix. He then says you wouldn’t be champion if it wasn’t for him. He then says let’s state the facts. He then says he fixed the situation last week so Drew is no longer champion. He then says this isn’t about Aldis, it isn’t about Cody and it isn’t about anybody else. He then says if you are pointing fingers and blaming people, let’s keep it 100. Fatu then says he is the one who screwed Drew’s a**. He then says he wants to break it down. He then says what the hell you gonna do about it. Drew then says you, Nick, Cody and these people. Drew then says he is done with you all. Drew then says he quits. Drew then leaves the ring and he walks through the crowd.

We then see Solo Sikoa in the back with the lantern. Solo says the plan worked perfectly. Solo then says The Wyatts are not the #1 contenders and they still have this. Solo then tells Talla that they are going to take care of Rowan and Howdy. Solo then tells Tama to guard the lantern with his life and without this, the Wyatts are nothing. Tama then looks behind him and he sees Shinsuke Nakamura and asks him why is he here. Nakamura then asks when will Tama decide to be his own man. He then speaks in Japanese and Solo shows up and he tells Nakamura to stay the hell away from his family before he gets hurt.

We then head to the back, where Jacob Fatu wants to know what is going on. He says he was going to whoop Drew’s ass. Trick Williams then shows up and says he is the one who whoops. Fatu then tells Trick he will whoop his ass. Nick Aldis then tells Fatu to chill out. Fatu then reminds Nick what happened the last time. Fatu then talks about disrespect. Trick then talks about disrespect and he mentions what Randy Orton did last week. Nick then tells Trick Randy is busy so he will face Fatu tonight. He then threatens to fire Trick.

The Wyatt Sicks then make their way down to the ring for the first match of the night and MFT follow as we take a look back at the Tag Team Turmoil last week and the brawl between MFT and the Wyatt Sicks before we get this match underway.

Tag Team Match: WWE Tag Team Champions MFT (Solo Sikoa and Talla Tonga) vs. The Wyatt Sicks (Uncle Howdy and Erick Rowan)

The match starts off with Talla and Rowan and they collide in the center of the ring. Rowan then goes for a shoulder tackle and Talla hits a punch and shoulder tackle of his own. Talla then hits a head butt and he chokes Rowan in the ropes. Solo then tags in and he lets Rowan move towards his corner, but Solo stops him. Solo then hits a shoulder tackle, but Rowan bounces off the ropes and he hits a shoulder tackle. Howdy then tags in and he kicks Solo. Howdy then hits a clothesline in the corner. Solo then hits a punch and he hits more punches. Howdy then knocks Talla off the apron and he punches Solo. Talla then pulls Howdy to the floor and sends him into the announce desk and ringside barrier.

Talla then breaks the count and he picks up Howdy and slams him onto the announce desk. Talla then hits a head butt. Talla then kicks Howdy in the back and he punches Howdy. Talla then hits a back elbow and an elbow drop. Solo then tags in and Solo taunts Rowan and Solo punches Howdy many times. Solo then chokes Howdy in the ropes and Talla hits a punch. Solo than applies a nerve hold. Howdy then hits some forearms and Solo holds on. Solo then hits a uranage for a near fall. Talla then tags in and he grabs Howdy by the throat and Howdy hits some punches. Talla then hits a punch. Talla then hits an Irish whip and a splash into the corner followed by a running Samoan drop for a near fall.
